Joel Pollocks work at Miamis Panther Coffee has come full circle. All of their beans originate in farms that were personally selected by Panther Coffee owners Joel and Leticia Pollock, and have been chosen for their taste as well as their individuality. Clean, sweet and delicate, with a juicy orange acidity and flavors of pears and barley malt.

Using a pre-WWII Probat Perfekt Roaster, Panther Coffee roasts all of its beans on-site in small batches.
